Booking Policies

  • To secure your booking, a deposit may be required, with the full payment due upon arrival.

  • Please ensure that all booking details are accurate to prevent any issues upon check-in.

Cancellations

  • In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy and may vary depending on the circumstances.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for treating the apartments and common areas with respect.

  • Please adhere to our noise policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and common areas.

  • Guests are expected to follow all local laws and regulations during their stay.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in from 15.00 local time and check-out before 11.00 local time.

  • Information of the key box and code will be sent a day prior to arrival/on arrival day
